1. Wet & Wild Wednesdays
Every Wednesday in July, slide over to the Museum for some summer fun! You’ll find musical entertainment starting at 12pm, and water fun starts at 1pm with two huge slip and slides, a Rochester Hills Fire Truck, foam machine for little kids, wading in Stoney Creek and water activities sponsored by the Clinton River Watershed Council. Rochester Public Library Book mobile will be on site, and you can learn more about Michigan’s animals and plants with the City of Rochester Hills Outdoor Engagement team. Ages 2+ require ticket, including adults. Day of ticket sales only. $5 each.
2. Neighborhoods of Stories
This summer we continue our partnership with Clarkston Independence Library for our park storytime series! Find and explore your surrounding area when we pop up in new and exciting nearby parks, entertaining the whole family with live book performances, storytelling, and silly dancing. This Friday will be at Children's Park downtown LO!

Village Fine Art Fair
The Fine Art Fair is back at The Village of Rochester Hills celebrating their 20th year. This two-day event will host approximately 70 artists from across the United States, with over half coming from Michigan. Artwork in all faucets will be featured including ceramics, glass, paintings, drawings, multi-media, sculpture, photography, fiber art, wood, jewelry and more. This free event will feature artist booths, food vendors, and family-fun entertainment all weekend long.
4. RARA Tons of Trucks
Join us for this FREE event where spectators have a chance to check out all of our service vehicles and meet our great staff that operate these vehicles. We will have some food and program vendors, lawn games, inflatables and more for the kids to burn off their energy! Police, Fire and Rescue Vehicles, Construction and Maintenance and so much more!
5. LOLive! FREE Summer Concert Series
Downtown Lake Orion has partnered with 20 Front Street to bring in top national touring talent. Pair that with outstanding local performers, and you have an unforgettable night! Mark off your calendars every Wednesday until August 27th, from 6:30-8:00 pm so you don’t miss a single performance! Bring a chair or blanket to Children's Park and enjoy the Summer vibes!
