1. Wet & Wild Wednesdays
Every Wednesday in July, slide over to the Museum for some summer fun! You’ll find musical entertainment starting at 12pm, and water fun starts at 1pm with two huge slip and slides, a Rochester Hills Fire Truck, foam machine for little kids, wading in Stoney Creek and water activities sponsored by the Clinton River Watershed Council. Rochester Public Library Book mobile will be on site, and you can learn more about Michigan’s animals and plants with the City of Rochester Hills Outdoor Engagement team. Ages 2+ require ticket, including adults. Day of ticket sales only. $5 each.

  

2. Dancin' in the Street
Get ready to move and groove as Downtown Rochester hosts the ultimate summer celebration at Dancin' in the Street on July 18th! Sponsored by The Stewart Team Real Estate Partners, this beloved community event returns bigger and better than ever, promising an evening filled with music, food, and family fun. Bring the whole family to enjoy live music featuring the band Collision Six, a Taste Fest from local Rochester eateries, a beer & wine tent sponsored by Rochester Corner Bar, and more!


3. Oakland County Fair
The Oakland County Fair is back until July 20th at Springfield Oaks County Park in Davisburg and it’s packed with summer fun! Enjoy carnival rides, fair food, farm animals, fireworks, live shows, monster trucks & more! It’s one of Michigan’s favorite family traditions — don’t miss it! 


4. Touch a Truck
Thursday from 4-6pm, head to the Goddard School of Oxford for a fun, FREE, Touch a Truck event!  


5. Family Color Me Happy Fun Run
Saturday head to Orion Township Public Library for a Family Color Me Happy Fun Run! Enjoy a marked route around the library that will offer many chances to get blasted with color. Make some memories in the most colorful way possible.
