Free Mini-Golf at Cranbrook Art Museum on Mother's Day Weekend
It’s par-tee time for the whole family! Join us to celebrate National Miniature Golf Day! Every year the second Saturday in May is National Miniature Golf Day, and this year it falls on the same weekend as Mother’s Day. In honor of both holidays, we’re offering free admission to one special adult in your life on Saturday, May 10 and on Sunday May 11. To receive the complimentary ticket, please purchase all tickets for your group on-site. The last tickets will be sold 45 minutes before closing. Admission to the Art Museum is free with mini-golf admission. Enjoy art-making in the lower level, and visit our lower galleries to see art and design from our permanent collection.
4. Art Birmingham
The Guild of Artists & Artisans (The Guild) and the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center (BBAC) are proud to announce the annual return of Art Birmingham. Now in its 44th year, the event will once again be held on Mother’s Day Weekend, May 10th & 11th, in Downtown Birmingham’s lovely Shain Park. This fine art fair will feature jury-selected artists, kids art activities, live entertainment, food vendors, and adult beverage offerings. The free-admission event is within walking distance to convenient parking as well as close to the many unique stores and fabulous restaurants of downtown Birmingham.
5. Jumperoo at Urban Air-Oxford
Jumperoo is a special time where Urban Air is open only for children 5 & under! Tuesdays and Fridays, they open up the park just for the little ones and their parents to jump, bounce and crawl around safely!
